Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day is a must. It flushes out impurities in your body and it makes your skin glow. Many people drink water only when they are thirsty not knowing that one must be hydrated all the time. It is one of nature's best gift to us.

Water is absolutely important to our survival and keeping all single system in your body healthy and proficient. In spite of the fact that water has no calorie worth, it is an important part of our nutrition. We could survive for a number of weeks without food, but without water we would die in days. This is for the reason that about 70 per cent of our body is made up of water and without it the body cannot function.

As much as possible I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. I know that water is essential to life and of course drinking lots of water is beneficial to health. The great thing is, there is no overdose in drinking water. I think that only downside is that you will be visiting the restroom more often. But I think that is better than visiting the doctor or hospital all the time.

That is true, especially on hot days. Dehydration is one of the most dreaded dangers, yet it strikes every year with increasing (and worrying) frequency. I think people should be more informed about the threat it poses and how to protect from this danger.

Yes i agree with the point, it regulates the body temparature. The other benefits of drinking plenty of water are good digestion, avoids costipation, detoxify the system and lot. I heard that it helps avoiding wrinkles.
