sunayanadesai I believe in natural ways than relying on beauty products.Drink plenty of water, have sound sleep etc.....and I always search for such healthy tips instead of advertisements of cosmetics for skin care. Recently I read some on getpretty.com.au.

sunayanadesai Yes i agree with the point, it regulates the body temparature. The other benefits of drinking plenty of water are good digestion, avoids costipation, detoxify the system and lot. I heard that it helps avoiding wrinkles.

sunayanadesai Posibilities are there. ptc-investigation.com provides the list of scam sites and legit sites. and there is information about sites which moved from legit list to scam list. This may be helpful for you.
