Having your own business,like selling ,you earn to it.And it is not like you have to wait your salary in the company to pay you. Its too different right?

shanejulian yes indeed. To own a business is always better than to be an employee. But at the same time its not easy also. It requires a lot of patience, expertise, funds and lot more to do business.

shanejulian nice discussion.. my cooking tip come here: you may use boiled potato, cornflour or bread crumbs in your cutlets to prevent them from breaking. These three ingredients are good binding agents.
