has any1 earned anything from squiddo lense

Hello samdneuro, its really nice to meet you. I have 2 lenses at Squidoo and I have made 8 cents only. The minimum threshold of payment is set to be 1 dollar. If I do not earn 1 dollar till the end of 12 months I will lose the 8 cents I have. Yikes! The thing is earning money online is very tough . But I get a feeling that if you have many squidoo lenses online, you might have a regular passive income. I have 46 articles at Bukisa and I manage to make 20-30 cents online passively. It is not much but if I had 500 articles, I might be making 2-3 dolars monthly without doing anything (passively)

yess i did.. last month i reached my payment threshold for the first time. Its a amount yet a huge motivation for me to do a lot more squidoo lenses.

I have two or three lenses at Squidoo. I do not promote them. So far, I have been earning about $1 every few months. I believe you need to be one of the top lensmasters for your category to earn more money, something like that. I do not have much time to do up Squidoo lenses. But one day, I will make more for sure. It is afterall passive income.

I am relatively new to Squidoo and have four lenses. I feel that I have done a good job. I have some views and likes but have not yet earned a penny. it is a lot of work to create a lens. And it is discouraging not to earn any money. But others do real well.

First of all, earnings are not updated daily (unless you have affiliate sales). Secondly, you really need to keep your lens rank under 85,000 to earn anything if you can't refer a sale. To improve your individual lens rank, you have to frequently update your lenses. Its not like it has a lensrank of 10,000 and you forget about it. You should update it at least once a week. Add more tags, add updates, add a feed URL, news module, more Amazon products, comment and like others' lenses, be active in forums and lot more.
