Having your own business, like selling ,you earn to it.And it is not like you have to wait your salary in the company to pay you. Its too different right?

Why do we have to choose when we can have both? Working for someone whether private or public, is also good since we have the security and resources at hand. We just have to work with sincerity to be able to keep the job so that it would be profitable to both the employer and the employee. On the other hand, being self-employed is also good since you don't have a boss and you can implement your own strategies for the success of your business. But personally, I would like to have my present job and to have my own business as well.

i'm agree with you.. we can do both of them at the same time but it will consume some of our free time though.. but in my opinion, before we start our own business, it is good if we have some skills, knowledge and experience in our future business.. it is to ensure that we don't make many mistake when we start the business.. learn from the best first and then do it on our own style ..

Yes, it's true. Time management is also another factor to consider.

Its good to have our own business and be our own boss. But its never easy to start a business from scratch, it requires some knowledge, capital, people, etc. Taking the first step is very important because unless you start somewhere you will not reach the success path you are looking for. Setting a big goal together with small goals to reach the big goal is very important.

It is very different to have your own business. When you are an employee you have to do as you are told and when you have your own business you have more freedom to make your own decisions. As an employee you might have to deal with a difficult boss, if you own your own business you are your own boss. As an employee you know when you get paid and you know how much you earn by month, when you have your own business your income depends on the things or services that you are able to sell and it is hard to predeict exactly how much money you are going to make. I have my own business where I sell art and crafts, but I don't make much money that way so I have to combine it which another kind of job. I am also an employee and as an employee I know how much I earn per month. I know that there is enough money for the mortgage and the bills. I would prefer to concentrate on my art all the time, but it is not a realistic option at least not at the moment.

Yes it is different because the first you are talking is having own business and the second one is a person working in a company waiting to be paid monthly by the employer. It is better to have own business because you are the boss of your own business. And its up to you if you want to succeed or not.

Yes, that's the trend today. People are finding ways to earn income not just having a full time job. Everyone is thinking about business and deciding how to put up a business. Some do it online and some do it offline. Probably the harder part is having it online. But you won't have to spend anything other than an internet connection. Offline business is much easier online but it needs to have a big capital for it to prosper.

yes indeed. To own a business is always better than to be an employee. But at the same time its not easy also. It requires a lot of patience, expertise, funds and lot more to do business.

Hi friend, i am doing my own business and getting money based on my activity. There is lot of pros and cons in doing self business, we are our own boss and not in need to work under any person, but we don't have any fixed salary and our earnings are based on our hard work, dedication and activities. We must have a good communication skill to improve our business. Our earnings are based on our activities and we can earn a lot from our dedication and hard work

It is very different, however, it is not easy to start up a new business on your own. It will take a lot of time and work in the early state. And you really need to count on some reliable friends in the same field than you to help you up.

Yes, they are totally different. Actually I have a own shop for selling cloths in the eBay, and also work in a small company in the daytime. I think if the work is easy and iterative but the payment can make you excited, work for others/company will surly become boring and you will just wait for your salary every week/month. But if we do the business for ourselves, although even no one will check the price in your shop the whole day, you will feel depression but no boring forever. And maybe you earn less money from your own business than in the company, but you will surly pay more attention in it because it's yours.

Yes, it is different. In having your own business like selling, you earn as soon as you sell an item but the risk here is if you don't sell anything then you won't earn. Salaried employees on the other hand are sure to get paid every payday as long as they go to work and do their jobs. Depending on your risk tolerance either way of making money is good.
