It's our responsibility to respect our teacher. And teacher is very essential part of every person life as we have learn from our teacher. But what when teacher do avoid students. Doesn't matter he/she has a good position in the university.He/she could be director of one department but she/he doesn't behave good with the students. What to do that time?Isn't so painful? As we do expect from our teacher.
In this situation what should do one students? A student whom need help of teacher but she doesn't help or talk well with students moreover do bad behave with student?

Well, your teacher is surely behaving like an @ss. You should tell him that he's behaving inappropriately. If he persists, report him to the school principal.

Actaully the problem is we don't understand each other. I don't know how to speak chinese and she doesn't know English. But through the help of one teacher i said that it's my rights. But doesn't work. I am thinking to complain about her to the dean but i think it will not work.As i believe he is a Chinese person and i am foreigner will he listen to me or not.
I am really mad for the behave of the teachers.

Teachers easy-going with the students are better respected by the students. As a teacher, one should help and guide his student when he is needed instead of avoiding them, which is totally not encouraged. To have a good teacher-student relationship helps teaching and learning on either side. At least the students will show more interest in the lesson that their favorite teacher gives and it is very important for the teacher to arouse the students' interest in learning the subject he teaches. So it is no good at all for the teacher to avoid his students. Anyway, enjoy your college study, dreamsharming.

Teacher profession is the most valuable job in the society. His/her responsibility is to make the good students who are useful the country's development.
Particularly the class consists of many students, so it is not possible for a teacher to concentrate on all the students. They either focus on well studying student or on poor students. The parent of the student will have to notice the teacher about their student situation.

Both teacher students duty to respect of each other. If student respecting their teacher and teacher not paying attention on them then students will not respect next time. This is not good teacher is not helping to their students and bad behave with students. Teachers also should respect to their students.

I think it is very painful situation for any student. When any student fall in this situation he should try to mutual with that teacher at any cost. The student should try to show his best ability in study , best result in the examination. In this way the teacher's motivation can be changed.I hope every teacher can be understand what their student want.

If a teacher is not able to interact with students and maintain a positive attitude, despite some of the rotten things students did, then quite frankly they should not be a teacher. Education these days now more than ever is rather important. The students are not going to turn things around and perhaps be more respectful if the teacher is not. It is pretty much leading by example.
Its not always the student that has the problems. There have been some teachers that have had some foul attitudes. It was pretty much like they were in there for a paycheck to say the very least. All it takes is the wrong teacher to get a student to acquire a bad attitude towards education. It might seem like an unfair assessment but it is a realistic one.

I had a teacher similar to what you're saying. She was just always in a bad mood or something because she would not help me. So I respectfully strait up told her that I didn't like the way she teaches, and that she had a negative attitude affecting my ability to learn.
She then called for a parent teacher conference, and I had to explain to the entire group of administrators that she sucked as a teacher. And after that everything was good! The teacher hated me, but as long as I did work, she couldn't do anything about it.
My advice to you is to mess with their head, and do everything that they ask of you. Don't wait for the teacher to come to you.. instead go to the teacher.
