It is my experience I don't have any scientific knowledge. I don't know any reason behind it. But it is true that girls prefer sour than sweet. In school, colleges, offices and even in our families the picture is same. Will you please highlight the matter?

Because there test buds is different then boy. That's why girls like sour then sweet. And boys like sweet. As much as i know there is no more definition about this matter. But there is some exception also available that girls don't like sour they like sweet then anythings else.
Good luck!

I prefer sweet over sour. Sour lingers longer then sweet. I really don't like that. I'm not sure how you came to this conclusion. Maybe you should do a survey and see what the results are. Best Wishes!

May be you are right. Girls like sour , not only that they like spicy items. But they also like sweet too. If you ask any girl whether she dislikes chocolate, ice cream, candy she will consider you as a crazy person. But it is obvious they like spicy and sour items more than boys. After all we are different, isn't it? And boys use to say girls that they are sweet pie. So as per law of attraction they are fond of opposite things, I mean sour and spicy items. What you think?

Well, I disagree with you. I am a girl and I like sweet better than sour. But, in a special occasion (pregnancy), women tend to have special interests in sour food like unripe mango. I don't know why this happen but it happens in my family. Both my mum and my cousin like sour food when they got pregnant.

I am not sure what makes sour food like unripe mango to be more delicious than chocolates.
One thing i can say is,i can not eat loads of chocolates as much as i can eat kilos of unripe mangoes.

In my opinion, its about the person ability to taste food. Some reason maybe that sweets can gain weight easily compare to sour, they might afraid of gaining some weight.
Its a all about the mood. Some girls likes sour during ovulation period. Its because the body crave for it.And so they go for it. Theres is no specific answer about it but it happened to me so I know how does it feel.
Have a nice day!

I suppose one would not find it as being too sweet all the time and or too sour all the time to be a bit boring and nothing to really work at.
The way I see it there is no perfect world, no matter how much we want it there is bound to be some sour along the way.
Once it is sour we work towards sweetening the situation, to work towards happiness again.

i dont believe that for one minute. they may tell you they prefer sour to sweet and you may see them eating more sour thatn sweet but it certainly how they feel. they just dont want to eat the sweet thing because they think they will put on weight. im sorry but your body isnt meant to be as thin as a stick and we dont all have the same bone structure.
