What do you think he was doing out there.. It looked like he was really trying heard to get run out.. He ran heard even when the ball was straight to the hands of the fielder and in spite of the loud negative calling of Yuvraj.. The Australians failed for the first two times but eventually in the third time they ran him out.. What was going through his mind..? What do you think..?

As they say, try try till you succeed. Gambhir tried again and again to get run out and finally managed to get out. But to be fair to Gambhir it was Yuvraj's fault and he admitted it himself and apologized to Gambhir. I think the one thing that Gambhir was guilty of was being over enthusiastic at that moment and had India lost the match would have been one of the prime targets for the blame. Cheers! Ram

actually he wanted to make the runrate a bit more higher, but yuvi on the other side was not matching with his running. but gauti is the player who made the mistake in my view, he could have played calm, and in that situation there was no need to have that run with that much risk. anyway we won the match in the end, thats all we need. past is past and now its India Pak semi watchout for that.

The understanding is poor, that is all. Gambhir and Sehwag have great understanding but Yuvi is abetter judge of the single and it is about making sure that your partner should be able to make his ground if he is running to the danger end. In yestrday's run out Yuvi would have been running to the danger end had he responded but since he saw no chance of a run he was not interested but Gambhir mis judged and simply bolted with fatal results.
