Lead the Family in attending the Worship Service

Service and worship of God is and ought to be the primary commitment of the family. Parents should see that every family member attends the worship services regularly. It is on this occasion we receive the commandments of God that must govern the family and it is one of the commandments in which we are duty-bound to obey for his blessings to come flowing in.

The father being the head of the family and the mother,the light.They should set good examples of dedication in serving GOD for our children to follow. Attending the worship service will be inflicted to their mind and becomes part of their life routine. As they do that, we as parents,will surely have peace of mind as we leave them to this world because they have learned the words of GOD to be their guide in their struggle to this world.

hi gelay, i totally agree with you that parents should take the lead and teach their children to attend the worship services regularly. Parents must serve as good examples and even when their children are just small, they should bring them to worship services and teach them the proper behaviour and guide them as to what is being said and done during the service. i also believe that having a weekly family gathering can be helpful wherein you may conduct your own study or teachings to your children.
