Hi mylotters, April fool is not far away. We must be aware of it other wise we will become victims of friends and families.
We as a mylotters, lets discuss and share each others idea how we can play pranks on friends and families on April first 2011. I would also like to hear past experiences. Every body, welcome and please share your ideas, plans, any funny sms that we can send and past experiences.

My aunt didn't marry until she was 52. For years my mom would call everyone and tell us that Aunt Polly was getting married... then the years anyone was pregnant she would call (or we'd call her) and tell her that they were having twins! lol!

Thanks for sharing and let me also share one idea that may help to prank others.
This idea will work to play pranks to any of your friends and family who owns a cellphone. You must save your cell number with the name of service provider that your friend is using before the fools' day.
Then, on the fools day send sms to him or call him acting like a service provider.
You can tell him that he has been declared luckiest subscriber and won check for some huge sum and ask him to contact the service provider at some number.

I am unsure about the popularity of April Fools here in my country. I think it is more popular in the US but I am sure that it is cool to prank someone especially on that occasion

I am not a fan of april fool. You can say i don't like the behave what people do in this day. Usually i don't make fool my friends or others in this day as i don't follow it.But yes i am careful for that day as others will try to fool me.

here in the Philippines, when you cross the streets, you suddenly shocked by someone throws a buck pale of water and you're gonna wet...
you cannot blame the people here in the street because it is legal here to splash you water....

The best trick I fell for was when my parents got me out of bed telling me to get ready for school I had completely forgot it was a Saturday so I got up got dressed only to remember a few minutes after 
. I think that was the only one I've never expected the other tricks people tried to play on me usually don't work it takes something different to catch me out .

never really did any pranks on april fool's day or had any done to me. =/ i mean in grade school people would put signs on other people's backs or just say something that wasn't true and then say april fool's after.
i have seen fake lotto tickets where they are always winners and people get pretty excited to see they won $1000 and when they are told it's fake it's a huuuuge letdown. lol. don't think that's happened to me personally though.
