I notice that lately I learned to love my work. One of the reason even I am stress and pressured still I am interested to work and work even late at night. Before it's different, I want the 8 hours finished immediately so I can leave the office and sleep or do my online programs. If we do not love our job it seems that very hard to do the thing that you always do everyday.
It's different if you love what you did because you felt easy to cope any problems that you may encounter. Not just do it to received salary every month. I want to share this things to my subordinate so that all our works are easy to cover even the kind of job we have is very hard. It's not easy to run the hotel operation specially if you are assigned to provide good rooms to our guest. How about you, do you love your work? or you do it for the sake of receiving a salary every month?

I used to be like you when I was working, although I did not dislike what I did, I did learn to embrace it and make the best of my job. I basically controlled my department at work so it was more enjoyable. Stress did get to me and was building up year after year. It wasn't the work that did it, it was the people I worked with. I had to deal with situations but the stupidity was a totally different story. I was also going through a hard time in my life and it's something that I am still going through.

Hi july teen: I agree with you. When we love what we do, we are better at work and that's what we really want. On the other hand, when we don't really love what we do everything seems hard and we just want to stop doing things. Everything is a problem and we suffer, at the same time our job is not a quality job if we don't like what we do so we should try to do our best to fall in love with the things we do and also to find the things we love the most and have them as our profession.

I observe my performance lately is better than before when I wasn't like my job and I always encounter problem related to my job. It's really a big difference to love your work and do it from your heart and mind. Unlike doing it to received salary and finished your 8 hours work in a whole day. Love our work and show hardwork is the best catalyst in a successful career.

Hi july teen: Sometimes we have to put our best to start loving our profession. If he feel thankful and we put some love to the things we do it's easier for us to feel this way. Thanks for the best response.

A common job for a wife all over the world. You are not alone my friend but in all your burden and hard work you are compensated by your husband and if you properly do your job at home you will ripe a good family life in the future with your kids. Don't worry it's a profession that no need degree holder to have it.

One of the secrets of success in one's job is loving the job - finding enjoyment in what you are doing no matter how boring or difficult that job is. I used to work also in a hotel as personnel and training manager. I always see to it that employees should fit the job not the other way around. I say this because I believe that no amount of qualifications or credentials an employee may have to ensure a positive job fit if that employee does not enjoy and find satisfaction in doing his job. Neither can you force a job to an employee who has no interest in the job at all. For this reason, I always ask the employee after his probationary how he finds his job and give him a leeway to discuss where he could possibly fit according to "hidden" talents that you may have missed during the initial interview. I have witnessed quite a number of employees who refuse promotion or transfer to desk jobs in lieu of "front of the house" positions or jobs where they had the opportunity to express their artistic culinary talents.

I do love my work because it gives me income. But now, the company isn't loving the employees anymore.
They supposed to be giving us an annual increase last February but none yet until now. For no valid reason at all, they just said it's pending... So hard to rush on your deadlines when you know you're not paid enough.

Although I love my work still I am stress because of my subordinate and my co-associates. They considered their job as to accomplished only for the sake of money. Aside from that I don't have rest day for more than 6 months already. I am not granted to take rest because I am incharge to the whole operation of our department and my Boss depend always my presence everyday. But lately I discuss with him that I need to take rest because I am so tired and stress and it's a big problem if I will be sick. He agreed and he is planning to give me 1 day off every month.

How nice you are one of those who are happy workers. many happy workers love their works and thus success comes easy for them. Although a good pay is a dumb good reason and stimulus for loving your work, if you are happy performing your duties is really important. As for me, I can say, I am happy with my work, it keeps me busy and helps pay the bills. I enjoy doing it cause I think I am born to do it!

I hate my job a lot. I guess it's not as bad as school was, which is why I stopped for the time being. That is why I want to find a job I love, or work online for a year or so, maybe not even a year. I don't get paid much and it wouldn't be hard to come close to matching my amount or having enough for now. It's just a job to get me out of the house but I can't say how much I dread being there, I have an 8 hour day tomorrow, thankfully they've been giving me some 4 hour days lately and those are hard enough to get through. I hope I can make enough on the internet soon cause I'd love that job for sure.
