alertpay funds

hi, im just a newbie in terms of online transactions and stuff. i live in the philippines and have (verified) alertpay account and unverified paypal account. i learned that you can easily withdraw ur money from paypal, but in alertpay,we have limited means to do so. can anyone of you guys, help me here? i want to encash my alertpay funds to my hands. aside from checks which has a big transaction fee, aside from bank account transfers which i do not have, what is the best option?? thanks..

i've experienced this problem before with paypal because they required international credit/debit cards to verify your account. and thanks for those helpful forums. you will need UNIONBANK EON CARD. you can apply for an EON CARD to nearest Unionbank in your place. youll pay P350 for card application and you'll have to bring 2 valid IDS. you'll get your card after 2-3 weeks, then you'll activate it online thru unionbank eon account. you can use this to verify your paypal, but i don't know if this goes the same with alertpay. Don't forget to deposit at least P200 for paypal or more if you want to verify alertpay. just follow the steps in unionbank, there's a step-by-step for paypal verification there. I hope this will help you...

oh, thanks.. i hope eon debit card can also be used to withdraw Alertpay funds. as of now, i dont have EON card yet, it has been only 2 months since i started online business. i was too skeptical to join in online businesses.. thanks for this wonderful information! :)

You can apply for smartmoney to the nearest smart wireless center. If you have that account at smartmoney you can transfer your AP balance use it whenever you want.

really? wow! that's very good to hear! i read a lot of forums before, but i think it was a bit back then, and smartmoney that time wasn't allowed yet. but thanks for letting me know of this. super thank you!!
