Grace LOL. usually people binged on eating peanuts, cashew nuts etc. way back seeds is only for birds, but as time goes by, people start eating watermelon seeds, squash seeds, and sunflower seeds. :-)

Grace @cherrylicious maybe your mom is right. Because, as i read one of the comment here, it says biting nails is unhygienic - means dirt from nails can give us sickness and sickness is bad luck. :(
