Ok, so I am a member of Sidetick - sorry, no promoting here...as I have no referrals as I tend not to advertise sites until I have been paid by them at the risk that a site turns out to not be legit, I finally reached payout & requested it on March 12...I got a message from Jenny Stein saying that my payment would be received in about 15 days...if you do the math, it has been more than 15 days since requesting payout & I haven't received it. I know that people have been paid by this site in the past & was wanting to know if any mylotters had been paid by them & if it had taken longer than you were told to receive the payment? I know that sidetick has changed the ways in which you earn now & this happened to be around the time that I requested payout so I don't know if this is the reason why my payout is taking a little longer or not...I haven't yet contacted the admin as I thought I would try to find out more info before bothering the admin. Your thoughts & experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I have been paid numerous times by Sidetick and right now I think they are running closer to 20 business days (it was usually 10-15 business days, which is and has always been stated on the site---unlike the abrupt changes that has so many folks huffing and roaring). If you requested on 3/12, fifteen business days were up 4/1. If they are running closer to 20 business days, your new date for pay is 4/8. By the way, I am also waiting for payment and I feel confident that I will be paid because I have been paid in the past and am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.
I have written commentary here regarding the changes that have occurred which (in my humble opinion) have more to do with improper planning than anything else. The sustainability of the site seems to be what has been in question and drastic decisions had to be made but like my mom has always said, "There's a way to do everything." Quick, fast, effective immediately changes never really go that swell.
The message that you received was the automated message that everyone receives and it is outdated. There seems to also be a lag time in making changes to the site. Several international members have questioned why it still says that they cannot be paid.
Many people have been contacting support and asking in blog posts about the payment issue so I am basing my information on how Shawn A (the Contest creator, support person and Compliance Dept) has been answering their questions. I would suggest that you contact her but just know that you may not get an expedient response because it has been stated on the site that they are running closer to 20 business days.

I am still giving the site the benefit of the doubt as i know there are alot of people who have been paid by them...as you can tell from the start of this discussion, i haven't been saying anything bad, I just wanted some personal experiences shared...Hopefully they won't take too much longer with my payment...

Hi moonchild:
I put my request in on the 15th Feb and received payment on March 11th. No hassles.
I haven't been to the site of late as there doesn't seem to be any way of making money unless you have a down-line who will take up the offers but the offers are a one off thing and I had already joined most of them. I'm still owed $14 for the time I spent there but I'm not holding my breath for that.

Hopefully that means my payment isn't too far away...I tend not to complete offers as I don't really like doing that so I am hoping that if I get paid, I will be able to get referrals as I will be showing the payment proof on my blog.

I actually have had the same question. I have been paid by them several times though and it takes quite awhile - but I have always been paid. It was about 2 or 3 days after I requested a payout that they made all their changes... I'm hoping that is the only reason I didn't get paid yet.. but be patient it usualy comes (of course that was before the latest changes!)... here's to hoping!

I too hope that this is the only reason our payments have been delayed as i like the site! Plus once I get paid, I will add it to my blog!

I used to love the site but I don't even go there much since they made all the changes recently. I just don't like it any more and it's not worth my time. Well, I like the site but it's not worth my time is a better way to say it!

i still go on there every few days but mainly to delete the daily messages & to accept & reject invitations to different goups. i do notice that everytime I get onto the site, I do get more points but no where near the 1000 points we could earn daily. So i do agree that it's not really worth much time anymore unless they make it a little easier to get points.

It sure was a nifty site and one I did not have to question in the past. With the new changes there is no telling what is in the works. I normally in the past always received my payment right about the 16th or 17th day. Although my last payment took 52 days.
Good luck and do hope they continue to pay, given their changes there is no telling if the site has a future or not.

52 days? Yikes!
Are you still active over there? I haven't logged in much since they made the latest changes. It seems like a lot of people have left the site already.

I have not logged in since the changes. But went up to check for a member yesterday about where to cashout. I have $21.00 in my account and it will be apparent I will never see it. Sad.

I love sidetick and get paid, it took 20 days to get money. So it is a legit social website. I preferred sidetick better to hang on with friends and make little money. Though they are changing some rules, it becomes little harder but still they are paying $1 per referral, daily free 9 tickbucks, contests, offers and surverys. I only miss easy earning of daily 50 cents, just for writing 2-3 line comments on jenny's blog.Still new things to come..so it is good to keep free membership.

@ MsTickle, everytime I log on (I normally am on daily to accept & reject group invites) & my points go up...this is how you get the daily points...just by visiting the site.

Hopefully that will mean that my payment isn't too far away if yours took 20 days...i am also looking forward to the new ways to earn points on the site - I just hate completing offers so I will never do this on a site unless I am really interested.

Yeah, me too...the only downer with that was my email was getting clogged up when others responded but that is a small price to pay.

I joined under a friend of mine, but it really didn't go anywhere. They kept changing things, and switching them up, and making it impossible to really earn over there. I ditched them, and am sticking with the reliable ones. Gather, MyLot, Clixsense, Neobux, Swagbucks. If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a message. :)

I can understand why you ditched them...I guess with me, I stay with a site until they don't pay me or they disappear....I noticed that you're a member of gather & have taken a look but still not sure what it's all about...can you please tell me more?

I've been paid three times by Sidetick. They're quite often a little slow in processing payments in my experience, but I've been paid every time and I really think you will be too. I must admit I haven't been paid since the new changes came into effect, but I would think those changes would actually make it easier for them to make payments!

Hopefully you are right...As I have mentioned before, I have no doubt that sidetick is a legit site as I have heard of so many people who have been paid by them...I just hope that I receive my payment as they have changed the way we earn now.

As I have been away from that site for quite a long time, I have checked it again after seeing your post to see if it has changed its rule. Sadly, the rule is nearly the same as before that only the people from US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Israel can receive the payment.
So,I am sorry that I've never got paid and don't know the payment sending time.

I know they are making it easier for other international members to earn money but if you are in a country where you still can't get paid by them, it is a good place to gain referrals to the other paying sites that you are a member of.

Your first check does take a little longer than they state. I have gotten paid by them 3 times now and the first one took about a week longer than the other two. I haven't been on Sidetick in the past 3 months...like here, because of work, but I do have friends that have been faithfully getting paid.

I requested my first payment from Sidetick on February 27th and received it on March 23rd. It was only a few days later than the 15 business days they said it would take. I hope yours comes within the next few days!

Hey moonchild.I am actually a member also and have been paidout a few times. It usually takes 2-3 weeks for payment.I requested my payout about the time they changed their rules also.I am still waiting on my payout, also.I'm hoping it's just because of the new change.Which I don't like by the way.You don't earn money like you used too.We will see.Hopefully payouts will come in next week.I hope.

There seems to be a few of us waiting for payments who requested around the same time...lets hope it's just due to the changes that our payments haven't come through yet.

Hi there; I just joined Sidetick a week ago...As all of you have mentioned that there has been changes to the site, I am finding it difficult to use. I have no clue how they pay you and nowhere is written the ways how to earn sideticks by participating, i mean what is the criteria. I am starting to not like it already. I hope you get you cheque soon.
I will stick to it for a while and if i find it useless, i am totally quitting it.
Good luck! :)

At the moment, you can earn points by completing offers, visiting the site daily & by referring other people.
