Freegifts25 free wordpress or blogger is not reliable if you want to write really good content. Either go for hosting or write on free to join article sites like triond, bukisa, xomba etc.

Freegifts25 Neither blogger nor wordpress allow any PTC or traffic exchange website's promotion..That is strictly forbidden in their TOS..So if you want to promote PTC, buy domain and hosting service..otherwise every time you need to create new blog
