Is aobux and iibux turn into a SCAM?

Well, other two PTC sites iibux and aobux seems to be a scam because I can not able to login these websites for few days...Any mylotters facing this problem? Drop your inputs so we can label those sites as a scam. I had requested $2 payment for few days ago but didn't receive yet.
