Has any ever tried to breed fish before? the reason that I'm asking is because i always want to breed some tropical fish. are there cretin things that i need to do it? how do i know if the fish is male or female? are some fish easier to breed then others? well i hope to hear some response to this discussion. i just want to thank those mylot members that take the time to respond to this discussion and give me any advice that they can give.

i cant say that i have, but it sound like it would be fun. i love having fish, but i dont really know how to take care of them. this is why i let my husband do all the fish stuff. so my question is why do you want to breed fish any ways? the only reason that i could think of that someone would breed them is to sell them. i wish that i could have helped you out more, but due to the lack of fish knowledge i can't tell you that much. keep on mylotting.

No i never try it. Actually i never think to do it. Though i do like fishing or breeding but never get any chance. In my country many people have change there financial condition by doing breed of fish.And i think it's not so easy. They need to take some training for doing that.
