What a great topic for discussion. Admitting that you were wrong is quite a feat for some people. I feel that we are all human and humans make mistakes. I recently was let go from a place of employment where the administration was quick to blame its employees for things that went wrong. I always admitted my faults and would right the wrong. They never did. I am glad that I no longer work for them. I am at peace.

I also would like to add that this employer would never notice all the good that an employee did. No pats on the back, no handshake, no recognition for a job well done.
