best exercise to activate the brain

what do u guys think is time to exercise and how long should an overweight person like me exercise in a day? i am currently 15 kilograms overweight, i am 67 kilograms, when i should only be 52, because i am short, i am only 5 ft, 2 1/2 inches tall...i actually felt very insecured with my body after i saw my ex husband's sexy body. i swear, she's sexy, but her face is ugly. so whenever i look at myself in the mirror, i try to remember how beautiful my body was, but i can't seem to see my old self anymore...
i also need to know what exercise won't make me feel very tired because i need to think a lot. i am a filipino and working as a full time article writer. i do a lot of mental stuff, trying to think of new ideas everyday...

You can start to walk in a fast pace for like 30 minutes - 2h every day. I walked the distance of 5 km - 15 km 2- 3 times a week. Drink like 2 litres of water. Keep a diet with boiled food like fish and chicken with vegetables. If you avoid fruits you will burn fat with an incredible result. Make sure you sleep at least 8 hours every night, because it is during your sleep you have the process of fat burning adjustment in your body. I did this exercises and lost 10 kilos in 8 weeks.

I'm am not kidding you about fruits and its fructose suger. I read in a scientific magazine, that IF you want to burn fat fast and easy avoid fruits. Because the frucrose suger put a stop for the body to burn fat when you start up to get physical active. It takes longer time to get your process of fat burning IF you eat fruits at a start. I have tried it myself. I only ate a half of an apple every third day. When you have got the higher process of burning protein, fat etc... you can have one fruit each day. Are you regurarly doing like 30 - 50 km walking every week you can eat fruits, vegetables, meat anything you desires as long as you are physical active.

Are you kidding me? Avoid fruits? What will I eat then? I thought fruits have very small amounts of calories and will generally help with the metabolism, and flush out excess fats...so u mean veggies are better than fruits? Is it because of the sugar content of the fruits?

aha, new information, thank you very much. i am not physically active, that is the problem. i will take it seriously. walking is the best for now. then i will practice jogging

Hello Jan! I run, I do tennis, I play guitar, and play piano, and indeed I pray a daily rosary, almost when I exercise. That keep my mind exercised too, my brain has enough oxygen. And I try to go to bed early.
Yesterday, indeed today, I was awake until 2 am fulfilling a customer request. But is just once a year.
I lost 20 pounds recently, I donĀ“t want to gain them again.

thanks for the tip, how long did it take for you to lose your 20 pounds? how about your exercise habits, how long and how often do u do it? i am such a lazy girl, and i often sleep very late because when I write articles, i do write them faster at night, my brain works faster at night...
how long do u run, do u run for 1 hour a day?

Well Jan... I lost them in almost a year, but I used to ran at least one hour three times a week. If I could, I ran 5 times a week.
This was two years ago.
And now, I just exercise slowly three hour a week to maintain my weight. I drank 2 liters of pure water, and try to have a slimfast shake when I starve, and I look to every single dog, like a hot sausage... lol.
Come on! We love to pamper ourselves... but being overweighted is something that makes us feel sad.

you are kind of funny, but very realistic...yes, we love to pamper ourselves, i agree to that...that's a good job you did, if u joined the biggest loser, u could have won..but i think that u aren't that overweight to begin with...i also drink tons of water...i drink about 15 glasses in a day, it makes me feel full.
there are some who say having too much water can contribute to the fats, is it true? i gotta do my online job now, see u soon...

Activating you brain in so many ways..You can try meditation to focus on something. You can also do active excersices like, jogging, walking, etc.. Insecurity kills the act, do you agree? Once you are insecured, you are trying to reach out everything even beyond to your limitations which is not healthy to your life. Remeber the song "Beautiful" by Christina Aguillera?..no matter what your are, you are still baeutiful in you're every single way. Don't be insecured of anything because it can cause additional stress which reflects to your physical and emotional aspect. You should be worry free for you not to be bothered all the time, it will lighten up your load and someday you'll find out that you are glowing and blooming. accept yourself as who you are and be contented of it. God made you differently. =)

thanks for reminding me of that song, it really helped me a lot. my self esteem is better now. but i still want to lose weight...i sometimes feel that if i keep all this weight in my body, i will eventually have a host of diseases that ranges from heart to skeletal diseases...

[b][/b] if you want to loose your weight then you should do yoga pranayam reguraly .take 2hrs daily exercise and take more oxygen with pranayam and yoga.do kapalbhati pranayam by doing respiration out do it regular non stop 15 minutes.with this stomach will go inside and loose weight.

what exactly is yoga pranayam? can u describe it further? how is it different from the typical yoga? i thought there's only one kind of yoga...

[b][/b]that is exactly yoga of respiration ,there are seven type of pranayam ,first two you can do for 30 minutes.first is kapalbhati pranayam in this first sit down then close your eyes for mind peace ,then throw out the respiration ,means in one second one stock,and do it cotinuosly for 15 minutes ,means in 15 minutes you will take 900 respiration stocks outside from nose.in stating do for 15 minutes after one week you can do for 30 minutes
