what do u guys think is time to exercise and how long should an overweight person like me exercise in a day? i am currently 15 kilograms overweight, i am 67 kilograms, when i should only be 52, because i am short, i am only 5 ft,...

riabindu [b][/b] if you want to loose your weight then you should do yoga pranayam reguraly .take 2hrs daily exercise and take more oxygen with pranayam and yoga.do kapalbhati pranayam by doing respiration out do it regular non stop 15 minutes.with this stomach will go...
