I am an avid Princess Diana fan. When she gave birth to William, and eventually, to Harry, too, I became a certified British royalty watcher. My royal fancy died when Diana died in 1997. Every now and then I would hear some rumor about Will and Harry, and I would hope they are all right. But now, William is actually all man and getting married. And he has a beauteous bride called Catherine, Kate for short. About time we have a royal wedding. Will and Kate look so lovely together. Hmmmm, I am all for love!

I'm curious to see the ceremony. I remember seeing Diana's wedding on tv when I was a little girl. I remember Sara Ferguson's wedding also. I think we are all truly facinated with them still having the title they do in modern times and every girl want's to marry a prince. Sadly the marriages there don't seem to last. I also hope to see the day William is King.

I thought because Charles divorced that he would never be King so one way or another it goes to William if Elizabeth steps down or passes.

I hope they produce a lovely daughter who looks like Diana, and of course, an heir to the throne. I hope they live happily ever after.

Hey! I'm for that lovely daughter and a cute heir too! I wish no second generation Camilla Parker-Bowles would appear though!

Apparently the Americans are crazy about it all. I think this is quite bizzare in a country that broke away from monarchy and became a republic! Apparently the entire planet will be watching it though...

I think everyone loves fairy tales, princes and princesses. Down here in the southeast Pacific, we also create our own royalty!

hmmmmmmm. Nobody can replace DIANA'S beauty. Okay it is a royal wedding and kate is so beautiful. But Diana and her charming smile. I don't like to compare she with anybody.

john, up to now, Diana holds a special place in my heart. She is beauty and grace, and very human, candid with her interests, passionate about her sons, prone to error, and very selfless. Diana, she embraced and cuddled deprived children, walked bomb-filled Bosnia...there never will be another Diana.

Yes, probably because she never snubbed the mass despite her status. That is why she became the Queen of the People, the Queen of Hearts!

I love princess Diana, too. However, I'm not a fan of her. William prince is handsome. As me, they're all.

jazel, William is handsome enough compared to an ordinary Brit! Forgive me, my dear English friends, but William is better looking than Sir Rowan A. and Sir Simon C. ooops! I'm getting into big trouble here!

Yes I will be watching Wiliam and Kate's wedding! I love watching that stuff! I rememeber seeing Diana and Prince Charles getting married! I also remember when Princess Diana had the 2 boys and how her marriage fell apart and everything else! It is easy to get caught up in the Royal family!

I can honestly say that I don't care about it. People get married every day, and William and Kate are just people, no matter how many or what sort of titles are in front of their names. This wedding is about as exciting for me as watching grass grow.

But cool, not everyone is a prince nor a princess to be. That's what makes this wedding extraordinary. Will and Kate are just people, but they are in the limelight all the time. That is not an easy thing to do. And of course Will did not choose his position, He was born to it. I suppose I am one who still believes in knights and kings... Charles did not live up to his princeship, and let down Diana and his people. I do how William deletes all the bad things and truly inspire his people.

I think we all wanted a fairy tale wedding to last, but if we watched Diana in her journey, she was really one sad princess putting a brave front.

I do pray that William will not do a Charles. William belongs to the internet generation and he is very transparent. At least we know he is not hiding a Camilla. I do hope these couple, Will and Kate, whitewashes the tarnished image of the monarchy. I wish he becomes a good king for all the people, and Kate, a kind and lovely queen.

There was some charisma about Lady Di... Prince Charles or Camilla do not invoke that ...sorry. For that matter, none of other royals do. This young couple in some way does..hope everybody looks at them with benevolent eyes, because Prince William at least has been thru some..

I'm not so keen about their nuptials. It's an ordinary wedding to me, only difference is, they are of royal status. Other than that, they are normal humans beings, fallign in love, and getting married. Their nuptial might be a lavish one, but there won't be anything special. Besides, it's a low key nuptial with only a handful of people invited, it won't be that exciting, unlike normal weddings with lots of fun and laughter.

hi friend, I guess before I comment I would also like to hear what our English or British friends think or has to say, never really tried to look into any poll of some kind. Anyway I am not really an avid Royal follower but I just seem to know because I love history. I think people should be always happy when people are happy such as in a nuptial or wedding vow, and always wish well to our fellow humans, be it royal or commoner or whatever, makes no difference friend, if they are happy, then let's wish them well.

You've got a long memory! We have been given a day off work but I wont be watching the wedding. I have no interest in the royals, but I am sure they will have a great day despite my lack of interest. haha

Come on Orson, we're not given a day off but the different networks have already informed us that they will be airing the wedding ceremonies live. That means every worker will have a chance to witness a fairy tale wedding.

I watched the last "fairy tale" wedding between Charles and Diana, and look how that turned out! I wish them both all the best, as I do all those about to get wed.

That fairy tale was blemished from the beginning. But no use crying over a spilt milk. That was in the past. We have to make this world a beautiful place for the new generation. Let them believe in love and hope and happiness, as we once did. Not all stories turn sour. I pray this one brings out the best in people.

Wedding? In a country whose divorce rate is seemingly out of hand. Wedding a fairy Tale just like Diana and Charles, I hope their marriage will last. I'm for love but Wedding it is just a piece of paper.

rock, I don't know anything about the status of divorce in Britain and I am never interested in divorce. Charles and Camilla were the culprit. Diana had to fight for her corner of the sky. But in a time when ugliness and calamities are breaking our hearts, love is such a welcome change. Let us wish for beauty and blessings now...
