are contact lenses really dangerous when you'll wear it while sleeping??

I do regularly wear contact lenses and every time I feel sleepy, I will immediately remove my those objects because I am afraid that it might compromise my vision after. But, i just want to know if what will really if i will sleep with my contact lenses on because it is some kind of a "hassle" at times that i wanted to take a nap.

there are some contact lenses that is safe to wear even you are sleeping. I suggest looking at the label of your contact lens.
But generally, contact lenses needs to be removed when you are sleeping.
