I do regularly wear contact lenses and every time I feel sleepy, I will immediately remove my those objects because I am afraid that it might compromise my vision after. But, i just want to know if what will really if i will sleep...

why does paypal deduct 0.5% from my money and sometimes don't?

I've been receiving payments via Paypal since last year and I noticed that there were times that aside from the constant amount of deduction for the withdrawal process, another 0.5% is deducted from the total amount. I don't know...
