this is what everyone is trying to do.i got 21 referrals but no one is working.so going after for referrals wont help you a lot,i guess.rather you should concentrate on your work more and try to post as many quality posts as you can post in shorter time.regards.

This is a good question. Well what i do is make friends in communities of hi5 and send them the link which makews them my referral. And also don't thank everyone for their responce. It won't help you increase your earings.
