The question is... were the shirts jerseys of another team? Was he tired of wearing red? Is he a Cincinnati River Bandit?

No he did not try to steal other team jersey's! Haha! Very funny! It was just t-shirts! We should call Mike Leake the Cincinnati Bandit! I like that name!

Personally when I read this in the Newspaper I was thinking "What?" "Why?" Especially when you are playing for a team that is doing good this yr. so far. Why go and screw up something good like this, especially when you are so young, and have the $$ to boot.
If this was just a publicity stunt or something he needs to be held accountable to teach others that just because you are a Sports Star this does not mean you get away with things. Waiting to see what happens from here.

In May Mike Leake has a court appearence. I will be following this myself. I don't think he did it as a publicity stunt. I think Mike Leake did it for a few reason's. One reason could be he is stupid. Another reason he thought he could get away with this like alot of athletes have tried. So far Leake has kept quiet on this. I can't wait to hear why he did it!

Maybe Mike Leake did it for the thrill. Maybe he thought he was above law like a lot of of athletes think they are. Maybe he is just plain stupid. When caught Mike Leake had $300.00 on him and a few credit cards! He has the money!

I think they do it because they think they are above the law and can actually get away with doing it. I hope he has to pay the time for the crime like everyone else does.

Maybe Mike Leake did it because he thought he was above the law. I would not be surprised he thought he would get away with it! Sometime in May Mike Leake has a court appearance and I hope he gets what he deserves!

Mike Leake is a crazy person! I also heard the Cincinnati Reds signed Mike Leake to a huge contract a few days before he was arrested! Now that is funny!
