I am not sure what to do next. I entered into my PP account and checked the open cases. Against this dispute, I have a button "RESPOND" under 'your action required". If I click on the respond button its redirecting me only to the same dispute details. I don't have any text box or anything to respond. Though it has been mentioned as that I need not do anything, I am confused with the "RESPOND" button. How to proceed? Is it must to respond to this case? Please guide me.

I don't think you need to do anything. You would need to respond if you have received the item, thereby cancelling the dispute.
It clearly said that you do not need to respond if you have not received it.
Just sit back and Paypal will soon tell you the result of their investigation. Good Luck.
