Goodbye mylot ...i hate to see you leaving,the more i hate you to stay!

So many have said that and have come back. But there is no harm in that provided they don't rant about myLot and its users as some have done. Emotions are a part of our lives and giving vent to emotions is but natural.

awtz... why, who said "goodbye"? yeah, "GOODBYEs" really hurts! ='( wonder who invented that word.. why "no more love this time"?

I agree with you, however if any dear friend is going away from mylot either temporarily or for good and if s/he does not inform, that will also be bad. Keeping us informed is better than keeping us in suspense. Although, I would wish that dear friends should remain here permanently, yet we cannot stop. Recently, one of the good friends here left for good because she felt insulted by some comments. I tried my level best to convince her, but she did not move from her stand, so I gave up. Having said all this I will keep you inform, when I leave mylot.

Hi Jaiho! I think they do that just to tell their friends that they no longer uses Mylot. For me it is better for them to inform us about their missing otherwise we will waiting for them for nothing. Like now I do not know whether my friend is still here or not because I did not see her in Mylot recently. I am looking for her to ask her about something but it seems that she leaved mylot as I can't find her in my friends list.So I would love if they tell us first before they leave the site just to tell us that they are not here anymore.

you got the point there, but i think it's useless because they're not using mylot anymore. how can they hear you when they're not wish to visit this site again?

I think it is good that members say goodbye.That way you can delete them from your lists and hopefully get their email addresses Before they go. Members leaving that are inactive Does not hurt My Lot, in fact in can help. My Lot needs active members.

Well I've been a member of the lot for a long time now, and I've chatted with a lot of nice people here and I really appreciate each and every responder, and I currently have no plans to leave, but if I ever do decide to leave for good I would miss my loyal friends and responders here, it really is a close nit community and I would want members to know I was leaving because I would not want my mylot friends to think I'm not responding to them on purpose and I would want them to know that I was gone for good. I'm not sure if saying farewell is allowed here but if I ever leave for good I would want the members who care to know. But thankfully I will not be leaving so no worries.

Didi, i am 100% agree with you. this is my real world not virtual world. i am too extrovert here than my real world. I am not here to earn as i have not received a penny from mylot still date... and yes, i am here for you all. My didi, brothers, sisters, mamu, friends, G/f... So, when some one says good bye... it strikes directly on my heart. No Good bye please. have a nice day didi.

Sometimes i disappear for considerable time without notice. But you know i am not going to leave this place so easily. The last time i was sick, i tried to keep myself updated with this place. But i don't have an internet connection in my home, i so wish i had. That is one of the reasons i don't get to come to this place, and also that i come home only for a couple of days and i don't want to engage myself with mylot because this place is quite addicting. :P I really want to give time to everybody else too. lol. Yes, i hate goodbyes, but i guess they don't want us to expect them coming back so they say they are leaving.

To me, either a kid does that or someone that is childish or someone that is trying to seek attention that leads to nowhere. Posting 'goodbye' notes or starting a thread like that is very unnecessary. I wish mylot would just hit the delete button.

I agree that it is sad when a member decides to leave us for whatever reason. I am on the same page with you, that when a member decide to leave for good, why bother making a discussion? On the other hand, it might be better than not knowing what is happening to them.

Yeah, why do they have to post a discussion when they leave. Whatever their reasons maybe they shouldn't be posting it, but to be fair to those who are leaving mylot, i guess they're just wanted to ask permission to leave or to let anyone know their leaving so that no one will find them, or just wanting to post some discussions.

I am your friend others here are your friends. we already lost the Lamb I hate this when people I have grown to care for just up and leave as I feel maybe someone here has done something to make them want tol leave.If you are too emotional so am I. I like my friends here. really truly.I also hate those kinds of goodbyes too.

I am sure, someone must have their own reasons why you should leave MyLot. We can not force someone to continue in MyLot. Maybe we can only ask why, and advise not to leave MyLot. But the decision, there is at that person.

Hey jaiho2009, you are too serious. I just ignore whatever I am not comfortable with. If I am serious to everything around me, I am purposely giving myself trouble. I shouldn't upset myself so much in whatever unrelated to me because they have the the right and the freedom to express whatever they want to. Friend, just take it easy. I am sure your life will start getting better and happier.

Hello my friend! We both have the same feelings with the word GOODBYE especially when it is from my loved ones. You see,my hubby works abroad and I can't really explain why I still cry when he is about to leave us again for work,it seems that I will never get use to it forever 'cause I really hate goodbyes! You are right from what you've said..why say goodbye forever and letting us know especially when it comes from a good friend..of course we will feel sad about it. I had a vacation here in mylot and I did not post it in a discussion,instead,I pm my close friends that I will be away for weeks. I guess,saying goodbyes here is also acceptable for us to know that a mylotter wont be around for quite some time. In this way,we will not be wondering why he/she is not participating anymore. It just hurts to know that they're leaving but we have no choice but to accept it. See yah!
