Paypal - Minimum withdrawal amount for Indians!!

Hey everybody,
I am about to reach my payout in some of the PTC sites(while I also feel I have been scammed by one of those PTCs!! 
). But, before I could request for payout, I wanted to know what is the minimum withdrawal limit from paypal to bank, so that I can request for payouts accordingly.
Basically, I do not feel it is safe to keep our money in the PTC. But however, I do not want to give it for free to paypal just because I could not get ten dollars on the whole!
Please let me know if any of you have tried withdrawing less than $10 from paypal to bank, as I read in one of the discussions that the minimum withdrawal limit will be update to $2 from $10. (Hope this is implemented!

I dont think paypal will take the money if less than $10, i dont think that they have yet implemented the rule of 7 days to withdraw, and am saying all this because i have $7 + in my paypal account from many days but nothing has happened to it, maybe i am wrong.

Hey Aamir..
Where do you want to withdraw from?
If you are talking about Mylot, you can withdraw when you reach a minimum payout of ten dollars. You can use paypal to withdraw these funds and then from paypal you can withdraw it to your bank account. This transaction will take 3 days to 1 week(depending on your bank). Hope am clear.

I absolutely agree with you! They have not still implemented the 7 days rule.I was confused when I found that they did not take away the few cents that were in my account and after I had received more into my account and accumulated $10 I could withdraw all into my bank account including those few cents that were lying in my account many more days after the 7 days were over after receipt.

I have tried to withdraw a dollar or so, but was not allowed. However, that was awhile ago when some members could still pay with their paypal balance.
Now, I know for a fact that I cannot pay anything with my Paypal balance, but the minimum withdrawal is still showing as $10. I haven't tried to withdraw less than $10 though (after my first try). Sorry I cannot be more helpful.

The paypal guidelines for the Indian users that had to came in action after March 1st hasn't still been active. So we can withdraw after $10, buy anything, transfer money to other paypal account and we have to pay Rs.50 withdrawal fees.

I had 30$ in my paypal account which I have already transferred to my bank account after the change of paypal rules.. since then I have not done any transaction using paypal.. so have no idea it the new rules are implemented or not..

I just withdrew $10.35 a few minutes ago to my bank account and the transfer is in process.I can say for sure that you cannot withdraw less than $10 as I had tried but they would not let me do that.It seems no new rules have been implemented as yet and even the 7 day compulsory transfer is yet not been activated by them.So I think if you could withdraw from all sites together as I did and make it to $10 and then withdraw it will not be a problem.
