Tricycle? With four wheels on it?

I'm a little bit confused in a place somewhere in Philippines that they call it tricycle and yet it has 4 wheels on it. It is supposed to be quad-cycle right? lol!

Mmmmmmm really? Specifically where in the Philippines did you see that quad-cycle thing? Because I haven't seen one. In our place tricycle differ only in styles (designs) but not in number of wheels.

Mostly in Mindanao. We used to call it here. Uhmm who was the first person responsible calling it..I wonder who!

Honestly I don't know who's responsible for that. LOL! Mmmmm I'm from Mindanao too but i never encountered such quad-cycle. Where are you staying in Mindanao? If You don't mind..

I haven't heard of such a thing yet. Well yeah, it should be called quad-cycle since it has four wheels. But I know that there are some transportations in the southern part of the Philippines that we don't usually see and are named uniquely.
