All my money is gone from my account!

Hi there Natara!!! I guess the reason why your account balance is reset to zero is becoz you have been away from mylot and you never login for almost 90 days.I think it is part of the rules here in mylot that if you don't login for the said span of time,your account balance will be reset and will become zero again. If you know that you'll be away from mylot for a long time,try to still visit you account even just for a while.It will be very frustrating if you lose you earnings especially when its already big so try not to be away from mylot for a long time.

Have you gone more than 60 days since last posting? I know if you become inactive here, they do wipe out your account to where you have to start over. If you have been active here since then and this has happened then there might be a glitch somewhere or you need to contact the admin and find out what happened. But if you are coming back, just remember to keep active here from time to time and Good things will happen as well.

lately, if you've been inactive for quite some time, the previous balance disappears. what i suggest is that you contact the customer service regarding this, so it won't be a waste for your previous earnings.

I see from your profile that you have had no activity for a long time. Could that be 90 days? If you do not log in for 90 days, the earnings are reset. It is written in the Terms and also in the FAQ section about forfeiting our earnings here if we are not active for 90 days. [i] I haven’t posted anything on myLot for several months. According to your profile the last discussion you posted before this one was 7 months ago and if you haven't logged in between this discussion and the one posted previously,that's way beyond the permitted time for someone to retain their earnings. as others have explained, your money will be forfeited if you are gone for 90 days or more without logging into your account.
