hot summer hit me!!!

My sister also experience nose bleeding when the weather is very hot. What my teachers before suggested is to put cold cloth on the forehead and then don't look up instead look down and pinch your nose, not hard though just pinch is smoothly. It has a rationale why you don't look up, but I really have totally forgotten about it. Let it flow, don't let it get in your nose again.

Hi Asliah. I hope your feeling better. Since it's summer and it's too hot too go outside I just try to stay indoors as much as possible. The heat is just extreme it feels like your being steamed alive. Lol.

If you keep geting nose bleed go to doctor. stay indoors dont go outside in the sun, drink a lot of cold water dress cool. do you have a fan or air con. to keep yourself cool? How hot does it get there? it gets hot here to in the summer but I stay inside to keep cool and turn on air con. If you have to go outside stay in the shade if you can. Maybe you can tie a wet cloth around your head to keep cool. I sure hope you get better.

Oh sorry to hear about the nose bleed. Which I think it is too dry and humid so your nasal cavity there is way too dry. If you do not have a humidifier put some buckets of cold water in your room, especially at night so it can dampen the air a bit for you. I have not had that but sounds like it is way too humid for you, try and stay cool and if the bleeding persists do see a doctor.

When I was still young, it was common for me and my sister to experience nose bleeding. But my sister experienced it more often than I was, in fact, even until she were already in high school. I still remember how horrifying those experiences were, seeing blood coming out of a person's nose, it's like, the blood is coming from the brain! Just recently, my nephew also experienced it and since we already know what to do, it's not that scary on our part, but of course it was still scary for my nephew. I still remember how we joked that maybe, he was trying to speak English so his nose bleed, LOL!

Hi friend, Before I always experienced such bleeding my noise because of heat in our country call it "balingoyngoy". Some old folks said because the people who experienced is very limit to take a bath (LOL) but the reality is because constant heat so need to put water in the head or direct go to shower. It was stopped when I worked here in Saudi which more heat than in the Philippines. see you around
