Have you ever tried applying for a job you do not know much about? Do you have the guts to try new things and get out of your comfort zone? Would you have rather tried and failed and not try at all? If this is you welcome to the world of unchartered territories. A lot can happen you know. You can succeed and you can fail but you will never know what you can do until you try. Being a newly wed and having to face financial issues, well I know you all can relate to this. Having to relocate and find a new job, shift careers maybe is a giant leap. Here I am finding myself venturing to unchartered territories to not just earn for a living, here's hoping I'll find ways to live too. So tomorrow I'll go to that interview and hopefully get picked :) here's me crossing my fingers.... and to all of you people looking for a job too, Good luck and God bless.

I have tried a job, that I have never done before because I think its good to do things outside your comfort zone, and if it doesn't come through you can at least say you tried. I wish you the best on your job search best of luck, and God bless you too.

Thanks Erica :)...yes what matters is that we tried even though it was out of our comfort zone...I went to the interview and I was kinda nervous.... They told me they will hold my application since they thought I was best for a job in purely customer service job, so they told me to wait for 2 weeks or until the end of May for the next interview with the operations manager....so here I am keeping fingers crossed....

These are the kinds of jobs that show what you are really made of. going after something we know nothing about just may help us to learn something in the process.

it takes courage to pursue things that we do not know and learn from it. Learning is a never ending task and I guess this is part of gaining success...

Yes, I have walked that road a few times in my lifetime. All I can say is what I was told years ago. That even if you have done a job before that when you go to another place to work you have to learn they way of doing things so you are basically learning all over again. So going to any job is like going to a new job. Just make sure that the person hiring you knows that you catch on quickly and that you are willing to learn what is needed and you want to advance in the company. That you have set goals for yourself and moving up is one of them. You are a hard worker with a sharp mind. I wish you much luck and hope you get this job. Be confident, hold your head high and know you will get this job when you go in there.

There was a time when I would have been too afraid to try something different. In these last few years I have done things I thought I could not do, so now it does not scare me so much. Plus I am confident that if I try and it does not work out, I have skills that I can fall back on in other areas. Sometimes when you try new things you find it may not be as hard as you thought and may even be the best place for you.
