Just woke up feeling dizzy associated with headache and troubled stomach. Huh! I hate this every time I drink and eventually fall a sleep then later in the morning I will have to suffer. I only drink coffee as sort off my remedy sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn't have any effect. Do you have some remedies you take whenever you have hang-over?

I don't drink so I really don't have any proven remedy for hang over. But my bf told me that he used to drink hot coffee in the morning after a drunken night. It works for him getting rid of the heavy feeling in his head. So might as well try it when you get drunk again .

Two Excedrin for the headache and some greasy food for the yucky feeling in the stomach. If you do not have Excedrin. Take two aspirins with some hot black coffee.
Bread and water usually do the trick also as you want to dilute it out and absorb it with the bread. Take it easy and remember for the next time. Guess it was a good night out.

Coke is the best remedy for that. since softdrinks have a higher caffeine than coffee. :)
