You can use your debit card to get a paypal account. Just check your bill for the amounts posted to your account. NOTE: They will be in the description of your bill. It wont be the actual charge to your account. If you need help call the number paypal gives you. They are very helpful. I had the same problem. I hope this helps.

I have stumbled upon a topic wherein they talk about using a virtual credit card to get verified with paypal. I am not really sure how it works but you might want to research about it. I think you can still receive payment even if you are not verified, the reason people want verified paypal account is if you are the buyer, they want to be sure you are the real thing and not scammers or people like that

You don't need to have a verified account to receive payments. Though the amount and the number of transaction you can do will be limited. You can verify using your bank account. Verified Paypal will take away some limitations.

Well you can receive your payment from mylot on your unverified paypal account. So there is no problem.
