Welcome. First off, read the guidelines, they will help you as far as topics, and what to do and not do. I only have one referral under me that is doing only a little bit of work. That means that in order for me to make what I want each day, I need to give quality responses to quality topics. I also need to post images and pictures to boost my earnings. It is also important to rate each discussion and response you respond to and to rate and reply each response one of your topics gets. All these things add to your earnings.
