I go to bed at 11 pm. However it is good to sleep early and wake early.... however some times when i am busy on net ... the time passes like super sonic jet....so i go to bed at 1 or 2 am.

I hit the sack around midnight or 1AM on week nights and during the weekend anywhere between 2-6AM. I need at least 6 hours of sleep to be coherent and fortunately I work from home so I can wake up around 7AM or even 8AM if I don't have any meetings to go to.

I go to bed every night between 12 and 1AM. Sometimes earlier, but thats mainly the time my son decides to fall asleep.
