Donating unused items

A lot of ways of extending help or doing charitable works may include giving up the things we have especially when these are no longer being utilized by us. There are clothes kept at our closets, books that have been unread for the longest time, or some toys grown up by our children. The lives of these material things maybe be extended when used and enjoyed by others. Not only are we doing kind deeds, we are also putting smiles in these people who need most. So, start doing it now!

I am forever giving away things that are no use to us, as well as i am forever giving to charity.I think that when you feel the need for a clean out, then you are always wanting to fill a charity bag or in my case about 10.I am now getting to the stage that i have loads of childrens shoes again and a lot of them are not even worn, so am now getting around to seeing what do and dont fit my children.

Donating is a great way to help others, help yourself & the environment. there are so many people in need these days, and our giving really helps, whether its food, clothing or house items. I donate every month or every other month. It also clears out our homes as well of things we don't need or want anymore. It is also always better to go to a needing person & not the landfill! recycle!

I appreciate your thought. Generally I donate cloths and toys of my kid, and new ones at the time of his birthday.we should encourage activities of helping others by passing on such messages through social networking sites. well done

Wow, I really love your thought. Thank you for making me realize the importance of donating. I haven't thought of donating this way. You can really give additional life to your old belongings and additional smile to other people. Thanks for the thought!
