The best time one can spend in working would be between 8-09 hours and i believe anything more than that is bad for everything and if one can make nice money by working for anything between 8-9 hours is really good and some might also be ready to work for , say 12 hours...but, this is a bad trend and i feel whatever you earn from working for so long might have to spend on your health later on...isn't it?

If I was going to work for you as a freelancer I would expect to be paid a commission of 10% per job. Work no more than 2-3 hours on the job. More pratical would be 2-3 hours per day only 5 days a week though, for $1,000.00 per month. So, 10-15 hours per week for $250.00 pay.

Sounds great, but commission is related to your work. I can be more than happy to pay 10% commission. Commission is only for signed and paid contracts, but I am willing to pay it.

Hi, The pay is going to be different if you consider in US dollars. Suppose you get workers from India then 1 US buck is round about 45 Indian buck. So you pay would be very small in US dollars. Number of hours... I have some of my friends working more than 12 hours in a reputed company whose name I do not want to give.First you have to decide whether you are going to do outsourcing or keep US workers.

Strange how people read this topic differently!! Let us for example ASSUME that you asked the same question, but the United Kingdom..... London for example....... Most people in London work between 35 - 45 hours per week depending obviously on the job... If you are in Senior Management, then you can do more, but a lot of it will be either at home, or in other cities of the world! A decent salary per hour is £10 Ph A good salary per hour is £20 Ph Per week........... £400 - £500 (Keeps you off the bread line) Per month £1500 - £2000 (you wont starve) If you were to tell people that your Salary was £50,000 per year, they would assume you had a good JOB! Over to you............

first of all i dont believe you. If you would like to start your own business and to hire some people than you know already what the wages is and what they would like to have, 8 till 10 hours is normally. Dont you think

I already have my own business, I do know how much is the minimum wage, but I don't need people just to work for "hours". I need people to feel like they are making great money, but also people who are willong to do a lot. I just pay commision, but I want to know how much people (an average)consider as "very good income". You have to spend money if you want to make money.

Ok, thats fair. So, if I can give someone an opportunity to make 1K per week, that ok? (probably about 32 hrs of work)

I have no idea what the minimum wages are in the US!? Guess it's lower than the absolute minimum in Denmark, which is something like $15 per hour.

While I am unsure what you are looking for in workers, I can say that pay vs hours depends on the person...some people work well in either self employed situations, willing to put the hours in to be successful others are more comfortable in a more structured environment. Myself I have done both and always prefered self employment when ever possible...although most of my 'for hire' jobs have had more of a self employed flavor than not. Trucking the driver is in charge of day to day activities, hours worked etc. We rely on others to locate the product to move and make the appointments to pick up or deliver. Independents do it all themselves. Most people of my acquaintance would be satisfied with 750-1000 USD per week, pre tax. If you don't mind my asking what business are you in?

Ok, thank you. Now I understand a bit better. You need skilled or talented people who are what I so often hear of as referred to as 'self starters' aka 'works well without supervision'.

I think it would be different for everyone, especially according to where they live, and if they have large family, etc. For me personally though, I would say at least 700 per month, would be benefical.

As for hours, I guess it would depend on the type of work. However, I personally prefer working alone, and there seems to be limits if that is the case, and if it is what a person likes doing.

Hi! It depends on the type of job. Is it a really job, or is it a kind of way to make money? I would work 4 hours/ day for $35-40/day.
