vhmehta As you said weight is not the only reason exercise should be done... There are countless benefits for doing exercise. I normally have a good walk about 2 mile during lunch time at my work. It refreshes me for the second half of my day!

vhmehta I used to forget doing exercise or was too lazy to do it in my down time... But that was year ago... I have walked a mile minimum everyday since than and have lost lot of weight but also am more happy with myself.. The key is not to do too many things all...

vhmehta If you stay in US long enough you will realize that people here want to blame everyone else but themselves. Eating good or bad food is a descision one has to take and government should not dictate the choice. My kids love toys and we eat there once in a while....
