vhmehta As you said weight is not the only reason exercise should be done... There are countless benefits for doing exercise. I normally have a good walk about 2 mile during lunch time at my work. It refreshes me for the second half of my day!

vhmehta I used to forget doing exercise or was too lazy to do it in my down time... But that was year ago... I have walked a mile minimum everyday since than and have lost lot of weight but also am more happy with myself.. The key is not to do too many things all...

This words from Bush sounds more like words coming out from dictator... I have my own doubts about how much democratic is US!! with majority people opposing war still President can do whatever he wishes!! He needs to be impeached...

vhmehta Jong IL and other dictator are doing the same thing Bush is doing.. Trying to protect there country from super powers who attack countries without any solid reason... Being a executive branch does not take away from the point that you should have solid reasons...

vhmehta For sites which remove inactive members there is always a option to click a button and say that you are on a vacation. You can always override if your vacation is shortened and become active.
