The alarm just rang, but i'm still on my bed,relaxed and meditating. A new day has begun yet again, i've had so many challenges,made so many mistakes but i remember, i have to take the good with the bad,smile when i'm sad,love what i've got & remember what i had. I always forgive but never forget,i've learnt from my mistakes but never regret,people change,things go wrong,but i just remember "Lifes Goes On"

A new day, new hope, another life. Better one more serene, more confident, where we touch the sky with your hand or will fall sharply. A day when we feel that our world and everything it crumble, collapsing slowly. Another day better or worse, it does not matter because there are few enjoy. Today may be the last, or maybe tomorrow ... you never know ... anyway enjoy each day as if it were your last!

When i became strersout the quote of my life had kept me going and makes me beleive live goes on,
