It's habit. It's easier for people who grew up knowing that seatbelts should be worn than for people who never used seatbelts before the law was enacted. An accident does not have to happen to us far away. we can be in our driveway when an accident can occur. Wearing a seat belt at all times is just a precaution against anything happening. /we can never know when that something will turn out be something we cold have prevented with seat belt use. We can never be tpoo careful in this.

I believe the seatbelt can save the driver's life. It has become my habit to always wear the seatbelt when I drive that whenever I happen to forget wearing it, it feels like something is not right when I'm driving. In my country we do have a seatbelt law but I know that not everyone follows it.
