My discsion 4 2 day is am a person living in having a sister at dakar there in senegal who was hold as a refugee seeking some ones help to help me rescue her how is the procedue.

no idea, have you tried asking your countries humanity rights commissions? there is usaully a toll free hotline that you can call and it will give you infomation on what to do
