DuncanB1424 wow.. um.. no idea, have you tried asking your countries humanity rights commissions? there is usaully a toll free hotline that you can call and it will give you infomation on what to do

DuncanB1424 Personally, i think he either died in 2001 (just after 911) or, he is still alive.. why havent they realeased pictures to the public? its too "gory" i dont believe this, they dont have proof... they chucked his body in the ocean! why?? what does this solve??...
