i want to buy item online off a website but i don't have a credit card. where i get a virtual debit card?

Try paypal. I think its no a Virtual debit card, but I think you can link it to your bank account

does it cost much? And do you maybe know, the countries that can receive paypal, only sent can have that card too? I just ignore many sites because they pay via paypal. thanks.

try payoneer it gives free prepaid global debit card all over the world, it have its branches almost in all countries, to get a payoneer card you have to register through its partners website such as 6via.net , friendfinder referral program, and infolinks, try 6via because i have registered through it, but before read its FAQ
