karl1357 I sleep at 10 or 12 at night and I awake in 9 or 10 in the morning. I got here my technique on how to get sleep fast. My professor told me that instead of using cellphone or any gadget to get you to be sleepy will not work. He told me to read some novel books....

karl1357 Yeah, like in China or Japan, their primary means of transportation is a bicycle. Even in schools, you can see designated places for bicycles cuz every student own one. I should also go for a walk or ride my bicycle at this time now cuz my back's aching.
