karl1357 I sleep at 10 or 12 at night and I awake in 9 or 10 in the morning. I got here my technique on how to get sleep fast. My professor told me that instead of using cellphone or any gadget to get you to be sleepy will not work. He told me to read some novel books....

karl1357 Depressions are maybe caused of relationship problems. For a side of a woman, its very degrading for herself to lose on love. Like if her boyfriend cheated her. Its very very degrading.
