There are many knds of different ways to try and relax and help reduce the stress in yur life. Probably one of the best ways is to listen to music. It is one of the best ways for our mind and our body to unwind aafter a day filled with stress. I also used to listen to music for relaxation of my mind and body. It gives me complete relaxation frm stress. What about you?

Music does make our mood better. When listening to music, it relaxes me. I like it when I'm all stressed from work. Well, it depends on what types of music you're listening.

well depends what music you are listening to...if you listen rock you certainly will not drop down the stress level ;)
the best music for relaxing is classical...I recommend Mozart :D..
depends because each one has some preferences but have to be on slow rhythm..

Well they say that music soothes the average beast. That must be true. I believe that music is probably one of the best stress relievers around. They also say that having a pet like a dog or cat can help reduce stress. And a good night sleep goes a long way.

Oh I am 100% sure that music reduces stress. Anytime I have a stressful day at work, or maybe Im stressed about the bills or the girlfriend. Music alone by myself in the car beats everything else I can do. I love singing along, somehow singing along changes everything.
