nikharmon I always start tapping my foot a lot. My palms usually will get sweaty and if I'm nervous because of a crowd I will start shaking in my body which is really weird. And also if I'm talking in front of a lot of people my voice gets shaky.

nikharmon I would have went to Google and searched the sender or company that the email came from to see if it was a scam or even had the possibility to be real. Then depending on the information I found I would proceed with the email, or just delete it....
