I went to my favorite craft store to purchase cotton yarn, and I saw several skeins of bamboo yarn. I am not familiar with bamboo yarn, and was curious to know if it is similar to cotton yarn.
Bamboo yarn has a tighter weave than regular cotton yarn. It also has somewhat of a sheen to it when worked (I do crochet) up and has less raveling to the finished item. It slides through my crochet hook easier than cotton.
